  • How do I get my consultation?
    We provide three different methods through which you can get dental solutions at your convenience. 1. Video 2. Chat 3. Email The first step is to fill the medical history form, so that we can give you the treatment options/medications customized for you. The charges for all the three ways of consultation is the same. So, choose the option you find the best suits you and we will be there.
  • I am getting dental consultation. Why do I need to inform you about my medical history?
    The mouth is very much the part of your body. Any underlying conditions, drug allergies, history of hospitalization or surgery, changes what and how the treatment needs to be given. Since we will be giving you the detailed treatment plan specific for you situation a detailed medical history helps us in drafting the treatment plan that is safe and best suited for you .
  • How do I get a consultation if I choose the “email” option?
    The consultation would be sent to you via email on your email address you have registered with us.
  • Is my medical/dental information safe?
    We are HIPAA compliant. Patient confidentiality is one of our primary concerns. The medical/dental information will be accessible only to the consulting doctor and the patient. We shall not be sharing this information with any third party.
  • How long after paying can I take the consultation?
    The service is a one tine consultation which would be valid for a week. After you have made the payment, you can either schedule an appointment for the next available time within a week.
  • Can I ask general questions about Oral health/hygiene without buying a consulting?
    Yes! You can. You don’t need to buy a consultation to ask general questions relating to dentistry or the functioning of the website. Just click on the “Contact Us” tab and fill in your query, we will get back to you at the earliest.
  • I have got an x-ray taken of the involved tooth. Where do I send it?
    You can upload the x-rays/ photographs of the affected area in the upload report section of your dashboard. Please note that you need to upload the x-rays before you start with the dental consultation.
  • Do I need to fill the medical history form every time I take a consultation?
    No, Next time when you will take a consultation, after login, the history based form will come auto filled. Although if there are some changes in the medical history you would require to edit it in the form.
  • What if my consultation is over before 45 minutes?
    If you are satisfied with the consultation and have no further questions, the call can be disconnected. In case the call is disconnected before 30 minutes of the consultation session a coupon with appropriate discount will be sent to you within 24 hours which can be used in the next consultation.
  • What if I am late for the consultation?
    The consultation via video/chat has designated time slots. The consultation time is 45 minutes , and we shall be calling/ messaging you as soon as the time slot begins. In case you fail to respond, we shall call you repetitively for the first 15 minutes of the consultation time. If case of no show from your end after 15 minutes have passed of the appointment time we shall stop contacting you and shall issue a coupon with 50% discount on your next appointment.
